Ingredients
- Pork legs - 2 pieces
- Turkey Thigh - 1 kg
- Beef shanks - 1 kg
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 3 pieces
- Garlic - 6 teeth
- Black Pepper - 10 peas
- Bay leaf - 3 pieces
- Greenery (for submission) – half-pack
- Water (purified) – 8 l
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak pork legs in cold water for 3 hours, scrape off the top layer with a knife, rinse and put in a deep saucepan.
Add the washed beef shanks and turkey thigh. Boil for 10 minutes after boiling and change the water.
Add black pepper, peeled carrots and onions. Bring to a boil and simmer for 4 hours over low heat.
Catch the onion and throw it away. Add the bay leaf, salt, finely chopped garlic and cook for another 30 minutes.
Remove the meat from the pan, separate it from the bone, slice it and arrange it on plates.
Strain the broth twice through cheesecloth and pour it into plates with meat.
Transfer the cooled jelly to the refrigerator for 8 hours. Serve on the table, slicing portions and garnishing with herbs.
