It's almost a lightning snack if guests suddenly descended on you. Such bruschettas will perfectly decorate a festive table or buffet. Bright, beautiful, they cook quickly, and it's also very convenient to eat. Bruschettas come with a variety of additives, and today I offer pumpkin.
Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 300 g
- Bread (ciabatta) – 6 slices
- Cottage cheese - 100 g
- Green onion - 20 g
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Sunflower seeds - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the pumpkin, cut it into thin slices, brush with olive oil and send it to the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
In the same oven, dry the ciabatta for 5-7 minutes. You can fry it in a frying pan without oil.
Rub the ciabatta with garlic, and spread the curd cheese evenly on top.
Arrange the pumpkin pieces and sprinkle the bruschetta with chopped green onions and seeds.
