- Rice - 150 g
- Nori - 2 pieces
- Water - 250 ml

Fill the rice with water and cook until tender. When the rice is cooked, pour vinegar with salt and sugar into it. Mix well and proceed to the preparation of the filling.
Cut the avocado, cucumber and fish into small cubes and mix.
Take some rice in your hand and roll it into a ball, then make a flatbread like a dumpling and put a little filling in the middle.
