Ingredients
- Sausages - 1 piece
- Cheese - 100 g
- Carrots (boiled) – 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 50 g
- Bread - 200 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the sausage into thin slices.
Squeeze out circles of the same size from bread and cheese by cutting.
Cut out the rabbit's long ears from the leftover bread.
Brush the bread with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
Put the cheese slices on top.
Put the rabbit's eyes and nose out of the pieces of boiled carrots.
Lay out the sausage circles at the bottom so that they resemble the lips of an animal.
Put the Easter sandwiches on a plate, add the ears and garnish with the leftover carrots.
