Tired of monotonous recipes? It's time to try something new! Cook Korean carrots with squid. It's easier than it might seem at first glance. Do not digest the squid, observe the balance of spices and the dish will be delicious!
Ingredients
- Carrots - 600 g
- Squid (chilled) – 2 carcasses
- Hot red pepper - 1 pod
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 60 ml
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Lower the squid carcasses into boiling water for 2 minutes.
Put on a plate, cool and slice.
Grate the carrots on a special grater.
Mix carrots with sugar, salt and ground coriander.
Cut the hot pepper in half, peel the seeds and chop.
Heat the vegetable oil strongly in a frying pan, add hot pepper and remove from the heat after 10 seconds.
In a bowl with carrots, add pieces of squid, hot oil with pepper, vinegar and garlic passed through a press. Stir, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
