When there are fresh vegetables at hand, it is very easy to prepare this delicious salad. And you can serve it to anything: fish, meat, porridge, mashed potatoes or pasta. And if you are on a diet, vegetable salad must be in your diet!
Ingredients
- Peking cabbage - 300 g
- Radish - 150 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Cucumbers (medium) – 2 pieces
- Tomatoes (medium) – 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - to taste
- Greenery (any) – 4 twigs
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the Peking cabbage into leaves and cut it.
Chop cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes and peeled bell peppers.
Mix cabbage with lemon juice, salt and lightly mash with your hands.
Add the remaining vegetables and finely chopped greens.
Pour in the vegetable oil and mix. If necessary, you can add more salt.
Mix and serve the salad on the table.
