Ingredients
- Squid - 400 g
- Oyster mushrooms - 300 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Cheese - 120 g
- Flour - 2 art.l.
- Sour cream - 250 g
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Butter - 50 g
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Saffron - at the tip of the knife
- Salt (without slide) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the squid, oyster mushrooms and peeled onions.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the squid on high heat for 2 minutes.
Separately fry the onion in olive oil until transparent.
Add oyster mushrooms and cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add sour cream, spices, salt and simmer for 5 minutes.
In a dry frying pan, fry the flour until golden brown.
Mix fried squid, flour and oyster mushrooms.
Put the workpiece in greased pots and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
