I tell you how to cook the most delicious and quick chicken wings in soy sauce. They can even be served as a main course, but I prefer to cook them as a beer snack. If desired, you can sprinkle them with sesame seeds.
Ingredients
- Chicken wings - 400 g
- Soy sauce - 100 ml
- Honey - 2 tbsp.l .
- Dijon mustard - 2 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings (for chicken) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the chicken wings, remove the skin and rub them with spices.
Fry them in a frying pan until evenly golden.
Pour in the soy sauce and fry for another 5 minutes.
Add mustard and honey, and fry lightly until the wings begin to caramelize.
