- Iceberg lettuce - 2 sheet
- Peking cabbage - 300 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Sour cream - 3 art.l.
- Yogurt (natural) – 4 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop tomatoes, cucumbers and peeled bell pepper.
Tear the salad with your hands, chop the cabbage into strips.
Mix everything with sour cream, salt, ground pepper and garlic passed through the press.
Put the pita on the table and smear with a thin layer of yogurt.
Lay out the vegetables in the middle, leaving the sides free.
Tuck the sides of the pita inside and press lightly. It can be additionally fixed with paper, foil or thread.
