- Herring (fillet) – 300 g
- Processed cheese - 120 g
- Lettuce - 1 sheet
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.l .
- Lavash (thin) – 1 sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the herring fillet into longitudinal pieces.
Grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater.
Spread the pita bread on the table and smear with mayonnaise.
Lay out the salad fox, evenly distribute the melted cheese.
Put the herring in the center and roll up a tight roll.
Cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
