You can make a salad even from the simplest products. For example, you have Beijing cabbage, carrots and some greens lying around. These ingredients will already make a very tasty vitamin salad. I tell you how I cook it!
Ingredients
- Peking cabbage - 300 g
- Carrots (large) – 1 piece
- Parsley - 4 twigs
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the Peking cabbage, dry it and peel off the upper leaves.
Chop the cabbage into thin strips.
Peel and grate the carrots.
Wash the parsley, shake it off and chop it.
In a wide bowl, mix the Peking cabbage, lemon juice and salt.
Add carrots, herbs, olive oil and ground pepper. Mix the salad well.
