Pita bread rolls are great for picnics, trips or lunches at work. They are also ideal for a festive table or just for every day. One of the most versatile snacks without a drop of exaggeration. I share an excellent filling with chicken and cheese.
Ingredients
- Lavash - 1 sheet
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Cheese - 120 g
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise (sour cream or yogurt) – 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the chicken until tender and finely chop.
Finely chop the peeled tomato and herbs.
Grate cheese and boiled eggs.
Mix everything together and fill the filling with mayonnaise or sour cream.
Season to taste and put on pita bread.
Roll up a tight roll and wrap it in a film.
Put the roll in the refrigerator for an hour and then cut it.
