Zucchini is a wonderful vegetable for marinades for every taste. By itself, it is neutral, so it is well impregnated with spices. At the same time, it retains a pleasant texture and neat appearance. Most of all I like to marinate zucchini in thin circles with chili pepper.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 500 g
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp.
  • Vegetable oil - 100 ml
  • Vinegar - 3 tbsp.l .
  • Sugar - 2 tsp.
  • Garlic - 2 teeth
  • Hot red pepper - 1 pod
  • Ground black pepper - 1 pinch

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the zucchini into very thin slices, add salt and leave for half an hour. Then drain the excess juice.

Finely chop the hot pepper and pass the garlic through the press.

Mix them with vegetable oil. Add sugar, pepper and vinegar, and mix again.

Place the zucchini tightly in a jar, pour in the marinade and leave for a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
