For this casserole, I prefer to use fresh peaches, cut into pieces. Notice how interesting they look in the cut. And at the same time I want to demonstrate that you can even cook an airy protein casserole in a frying pan.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Whisk cottage cheese with sour cream and sugar. Add flour and baking powder.

Whisk the whites with salt to persistent peaks and gently mix into the cottage cheese with a spatula.

Mix the sliced peaches in there as well.

Fry the casserole in a greased frying pan for 30 minutes on low heat under the lid.
