Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 350 g
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Flour - 3 tbsp.l .
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
- Peaches - 3 pieces
- Egg whites - 3 pieces
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk cottage cheese with sour cream and sugar. Add flour and baking powder.
Whisk the whites with salt to persistent peaks and gently mix into the cottage cheese with a spatula.
Mix the sliced peaches in there as well.
Fry the casserole in a greased frying pan for 30 minutes on low heat under the lid.
