Cooking such chops is incredibly simple. Do not separate onion rings when slicing, so that in the same form and put them on the meat. Otherwise, everything is quite simple. Follow the recommendations described and you will get the most delicious dish!
Ingredients
- Beef (roast beef) – 600 g
- Onion (large) – 2 pieces
- Cheese (solid) – 200 g
- Mayonnaise - 100 ml
- Hop-suneli - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the beef, dry thoroughly and cut into plates 1.5-2 centimeters thick.
Beat each piece well on both sides, sprinkle with salt and hops-suneli.
Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.
Peel the onion and cut it into thick rings.
Put the chops on a baking sheet covered with foil and smear with mayonnaise.
Put onion rings on top and sprinkle with cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
Carefully remove the foil and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
