Chicken wings with red pepper and teriyaki sauce in the oven

Teriyaki sauce is often used in Japanese cuisine for cooking meat, fish and salads. With it, the dish turns out not only tastier, but also more beautiful. In this recipe, the sauce has a key role. I recommend sprinkling the finished wings with sesame seeds and herbs.
Ingredients
- Chicken wings - 600 g
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Hot red pepper - 1 pod
- Teriyaki sauce - 3 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil (to lubricate the mold) – 1 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken wings, dry them thoroughly and put them in a bowl.
Add teriyaki sauce, ground black pepper, salt and garlic passed through the press.
Chop the hot pepper and pour it into a bowl with wings.
Stir and leave for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Put the wings in a greased mold and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
Remove the foil and continue cooking for another 7-10 minutes.
