Salmon baked in nuts is a very unusual solution for those who are not afraid of non–banal experiments. Fragrant crispy breading is originally combined with the tenderest meat of red fish. And due to the fact that the dish is cooked in the oven, you will not need extra fat.

Ingredients

  • Salmon - 500 g
  • Peanuts - 80 g
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Rub the salmon slices with spices and oil.

Chop the garlic and peanuts with a knife or in a blender.

Evenly cover the fish pieces with this mass.

Bake the salmon for 20 minutes at 190 degrees and serve with herbs and vegetables.
