- Chicken fillet - 800 g
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Oregano (dried) – 0.5 tsp.
- Basil (dried) – 0.5 tsp.
- Thyme (dried) – 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken fillet and cut into plates 1 cm thick. Lightly beat it off and lay it overlap on the foil folded in half.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper, sprinkle with dried herbs and arrange the chopped garlic.
Roll up a tight roll, wrap it in foil and wrap it with another layer for tightness.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
