The topic of cold snacks is incredibly wide, but most often we still choose classic options. Their taste is familiar and this also has its own charm. For example, I really like tartlets with cod liver. I tell you how I cook them.
Ingredients
- Cod liver - 180 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.l .
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Parsley - 3 twigs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Tartlets - 20 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the eggs and onions, chop them finely.
Place the blanks in a bowl, add mayonnaise, cod liver, ground pepper and salt.
Mash with a fork until smooth.
Put the filling in the prepared tartlets.
Cut the cucumber into small pieces and put the fillings on top.
Garnish with a parsley leaf and serve.
