Ingredients
- Lavash - 2 of the sheet
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Korean carrots - 100 g
- Peking cabbage - 100 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Green onion - 3 pen
- Yogurt - 100 ml
- Garlic - 2 clove
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the chicken with spices, wrap in foil and bake it in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
Cut the chicken into slices. Thinly slice all the vegetables and chop the green onions.
Mix yogurt, crushed garlic and season. Lubricate the pita bread.
Lay out the filling and roll the shawarma. Fry it in a frying pan or on the grill.
