It's easier to cook your favorite shawarma yourself. And there is no need to look for any proven and safe places at all. There are many different recipes, and I am happy to share one of the most successful with you today.

Rub the chicken with spices, wrap in foil and bake it in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.

Cut the chicken into slices. Thinly slice all the vegetables and chop the green onions.

Mix yogurt, crushed garlic and season. Lubricate the pita bread.

Lay out the filling and roll the shawarma. Fry it in a frying pan or on the grill.
