- Pork ribs - 800 g
- Soy sauce - 100 ml
- Garlic - 10 g
- Ginger - 10 g
- Chili pepper - 10 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix soy sauce with spices and crushed garlic, ginger and chili.
Marinate the ribs for an hour.
Fry the ribs in a frying pan for about 20 minutes, constantly turning.
Pour in the remaining marinade and a couple of tablespoons of water, and simmer the ribs for 10-15 minutes under the lid.
