Did you know that chops can be cooked in mayonnaise batter? And it turns out no worse, and I would even say tastier. This recipe helps out perfectly when you run out of eggs, and there is no time to run to the store for them.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 450 g
- Vegetable oil - 80 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Breadcrumbs - 3 art.l.
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.l.
- Water (warm) – 100 ml
- Flour - 3 tbsp.l.
- Paprika (ground) – 0.5 tsp.
- Turmeric - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut it across the fibers into pieces about 1 centimeter thick.
Wrap the fillet pieces individually in plastic wrap and beat them off with a hammer on both sides.
Add salt and pepper to the chipped blanks and put them aside for 15 minutes.
Mix mayonnaise, flour, turmeric, paprika, ground pepper and salt.
Pour in warm water and mix well until smooth. The density of the mass should turn out like pancakes.
Dip the chops in the batter, roll in breadcrumbs and put on a preheated frying pan with oil.
Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side and put on a paper napkin to remove excess fat.
Chops are ready, bon appetit!
