Cut the thawed fish into small pieces, simultaneously choosing the bones (if any).

In a bowl, whisk the egg with salt.

Dip the pollock pieces into the egg.

Pour breadcrumbs into a saucer. Roll the pieces of fish in breadcrumbs.

Heat the frying oil in a frying pan. Lay out the pieces of pollock and fry on low heat for 3 minutes.

Turn the pieces of fish to the other side and fry for a couple more minutes under the lid.

Serve the pollock hot or warm. In addition to vegetables and herbs, tomato, cheese or garlic sauce can be served with fish.
