Is it possible to refuse a plate of delicious fettuccine pasta with shrimp. While you are cooking it, such a charming aroma will spread through the house that you will not have to gather the family at the table for a long time. The recipe for this dish is very simple.
Ingredients
- Fettuccine - 240 g
- Shrimp (cleaned) – 100 g
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Cheese (solid) – 40 g
- Cream (25% fat content) – 1 glass
- Butter - 30 g
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 2 l
- Thyme - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil salted water, add fettuccine and cook for 10 minutes.
Flip the pasta into a colander and leave to drain for 2-3 minutes.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the shrimp and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add cream, grated cheese, squeeze garlic through a press and simmer for 2 minutes.
Pour in the boiled pasta, stir, cover and simmer for 3 minutes on low heat.
Put the fettuccine on a plate and sprinkle with thyme.
