Today I'm sharing with you a simple recipe for pork ribs in the oven. Additionally, you will need only salt, bay leaf and garlic. These spices are quite enough to make the dish tasty and fragrant.
Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 1 kg
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Bay leaf (ground) – 1 tsp.
- Salt (large) – 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the pork ribs and dry them with paper towels.
Remove the films, excess fat and cut into segments.
Rub all the pieces thoroughly with salt and ground bay leaf.
Put the ribs in a bowl, add the garlic passed through the press and mix.
Cover with plastic wrap and leave for 1 hour at room temperature.
Put the ribs on a baking sheet covered with foil and bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees. Depending on the thickness of the ribs and the characteristics of the oven, the time may vary slightly.
