Speaking of unusual preparations that will be very useful in winter, I would like to separately mention pink salmon with vegetables in cans. This is a ready-made snack when you need to come up with something in a hurry. And she will also help out if there is nothing meat at home.
Ingredients
- Pink salmon - 2 kg
- Tomatoes - 2 kg
- Carrots - 800 g
- Onion - 600 g
- Salt - 1.5 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 150 g
- Vegetable oil - 400 ml
- Vinegar - 4 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut tomatoes into cubes and stew in a small amount of oil.
Separately chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry them until soft.
Separate the pink salmon meat, also finely chop and fry.
Add all the vegetables, sugar, salt, vinegar, spices and the remaining oil to the pink salmon.
Simmer everything together for 40 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
