If you like canned fish, catch a great recipe from pollock. Homemade preparations are not only tastier and healthier, but also more diverse, because only you decide what to cook them from and what spices to add.
Ingredients
- Pollock - 1 kg
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 10 peas
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 2 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Tomato paste - 4 tbsp.l.
- Carnation - 2 bud
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put all the spices, tomato, vinegar and oil in 2 jars.
Place the sliced fish on top.
Add a little water, not reaching 2 cm to the neck.
Cover the jars with lids, put them in a baking tray and pour water into it.
Send the workpiece to a cold oven.
Cook canned pollock for an hour at 150 degrees and then another 2 hours at 180.
Roll up the jars and let them cool in the heat.
