I love peaches! In search of the perfect recipe for their preservation, I tried many different options. I really liked making jelly from peaches. First I grind them in a blender, and then boil them with sugar. Gelatin is added at the very end.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the gelatin with water and leave it to swell for 15 minutes.
Wash the peaches, peel and stone them.
Place the peach slices in a blender bowl and chop.
Add sugar and boil for 10 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat, add the gelatin stock and mix.
Fill sterilized jars with hot jelly, roll them up and wrap them with a warm blanket for a day.
