There is no classic recipe for making spring rolls. Different combinations of meat, seafood, vegetables, eggs and fruits are welcome. I suggest you try the spring roll version with crab sticks. It's delicious and very simple.
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 200 g
- Processed cheese - 2 packaging
- Carrots - 200 g
- Lettuce - 1 sheet
- Rice paper - 4 sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the carrots into thin strips.
Cut the processed cheese into cubes.
Cut the lettuce leaf into four pieces.
Dip the rice paper in warm water for 15-20 seconds.
Put it on a board, place a piece of salad leaf on top.
Put carrots, melted cheese and crab sticks in the middle.
Tuck the sides and bottom inside, roll up the spring roll. Repeat the steps with the remaining ingredients.
