Unlike traditional Japanese rolls, rice paper is usually used in spring rolls instead of nori. And the filling is also different. But at the same time, they are just as diverse, beautiful and comfortable. I share a recipe for spring rolls with salmon.
Ingredients
- Rice paper - 8 sheets
- Salmon - 100 g
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Round rice - 5 tbsp.l .
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Lettuce - 2-3 of the sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice according to the instructions and let it cool.
Cut the salmon into thin slices.
Thinly slice the avocado, cucumber and lettuce into strips.
Soak rice paper in water for 10-15 seconds.
Lay out the filling and roll up the spring rolls.
