This snack is unfairly forgotten by many. Let's fix the situation and cook stuffed eggs with liver right now. In about half an hour, a very tasty and satisfying dish will be on your table.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 5 pieces
- Chicken liver - 150 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sour cream - 1 art.l.
- Paprika - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Fry in vegetable oil until transparent.
Pour in the chicken liver and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add sour cream, ground pepper, salt and after 2 minutes remove from heat.
Puree the liver with onion with an immersion blender until smooth.
Peel the eggs from the shell, rinse and cut in half lengthwise.
Take out the yolk and mix with the pate. You can use a blender or just mash with a fork.
Stuff the egg halves, put them on a plate and sprinkle with paprika.
