It would seem that proper nutrition and shawarma are incompatible things. In fact, anything is possible, especially if you cook your own food. I present to your attention an excellent recipe for PP shawarma. It is prepared with boiled chicken, juicy vegetables and without mayonnaise.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 400 g
- Red cabbage - 100 g
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 teeth
- Lettuce - 2 leaf
- Greenery (any) – 10 g
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sour cream - 3 art.l.
- Yogurt - 2 art.l.
- Lavash (thin) – 2 of the sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut chicken fillet, cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, herbs and peeled onions.
Mix carrots with lemon juice.
Separately mix sour cream, yogurt, herbs and garlic passed through the press.
Spread the pita bread on the table, smear with the prepared sauce.
Lay out the salad, fillets and vegetables.
Roll up a tight roll and fix it. If desired, fry the finished PP shawarma on the grill.
