Salad with avocado and red fish is a simple and delicious recipe. Not many ingredients are used here, but the delicious sauce combines them all, and you feel a crazy mix of flavors in your mouth.
Ingredients
- Salmon (lightly salted) – 200 g
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Salad mix - 250 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l
- Sesame - 1 h.l .
- Salt - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the red fish into cubes. Wash the avocado and cut it into cubes too. Peel the onion from the husk and cut into thin half rings.
Rinse the salad mix. Put it on a paper towel and dry it a little from moisture.
Mix lemon juice, olive oil, spices, salt and sesame seeds in a bowl.
Combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl, mix well and divide into two portions. Serve immediately after cooking.
