A hearty snack that is eaten with pleasure not only during the fast. White bean paste has a positive effect on the work of the stomach and strengthens the immune system. A sandwich with such a spread will quickly restore strength and satisfy hunger for a long time.

Ingredients

  • Beans (white) – 300 g
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l .
  • Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
  • Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
  • Salt - 0,5 tsp.
  • Water - 2 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Pre-soak the beans in water for 4-6 hours.

Flip into a colander, rinse and place in a deep saucepan.

Pour in fresh water and cook for 40 minutes.

Drain the remaining liquid into a separate container.

Puree the beans with an immersion blender.

Add spices, salt, oil and garlic passed through the press. Once again, thoroughly chop the mass with a blender. At this stage, you can adjust the thickness of the pate with the remaining broth.
