You can stuff avocados with almost anything, but this recipe is one of the most interesting among all that I have tried. There are nuts, green onions, chickpeas and fresh herbs. It turns out a delicious mix of flavors and textures.
Ingredients
- Avocado - 2 pieces
- Green onion - 2 pen
- Walnuts - 1 handful
- Greenery - 2 twigs
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp.
- Chickpeas - 2 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the chickpeas with water overnight, and in the morning rinse and boil a little until soft.
Cut the avocado in half, get rid of the bone and remove the pulp with a spoon.
Finely chop the pulp, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with spices.
Chop the greens and green onions, chop the walnuts and mix all the ingredients.
Fill the avocado halves with stuffing and sprinkle with sesame oil.
