Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 400 g
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Cheese - 150 g
- Sour cream - 150 g
- Milk - 100 ml
- Butter - 60 g
- Flour - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt (without slide) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut fillets, mushrooms and peeled onions.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Put the onion in a preheated frying pan with oil and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
Add chicken fillet, salt and ground pepper. Fry everything together for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Mix flour, sour cream and milk.
Add the workpiece to the pan, stir and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Arrange in serving pots and sprinkle generously with cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
