Pink salmon is a very tasty, healthy and moderately fatty fish. If possible, I try to cook it often. I recently made pink salmon pate. At home, it turned out to be simply excellent. Now I'm sharing a proven recipe with you.
Ingredients
- Pink salmon (fillet) – 1 kg
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Butter - 50 g
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 2,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the salmon fillet and place it in a saucepan.
Add water, bay leaf and boil for 20 minutes.
Put the fish on a plate and put it aside to cool.
Peel the onion from the husk and finely chop it.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until golden brown.
Place boiled pink salmon, fried onions, salt and spices in the blender bowl. Grind to a homogeneous consistency.
Add lemon juice, a couple of spoonfuls of the remaining broth and mix again.
