If you come across insufficiently sour cucumbers, prepare a vinaigrette with lemon juice dressing. Ingredients can be added immediately to vegetables or knead the dressing separately. Here it is at your discretion, it turns out delicious in both versions!
Ingredients
- Beetroot (boiled) – 300 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 200 g
- Green peas (canned) – 150 g
- Cucumbers (salty) – 2 pieces
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.l.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cool boiled potatoes, beets and peel.
Rinse the green peas under running water and dry them on a paper towel.
Cut potatoes, cucumbers and beets into cubes. Put the vegetables in a deep bowl.
Add green peas, salt, lemon juice and vegetable oil. Gently mix the salad with a spoon.
Put the vinaigrette on a serving plate, garnish with herbs and green onions if desired.
