When there is no desire to invent lunch, they usually use a proven combination — boiled potatoes and salted fish. But you can also make an appetizing salad from these ingredients. Add some herbs, mayonnaise, spices — and the dish is ready.
Ingredients
- Red Fish (smoked) – 250 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 250 g
- Greenery (any) – 20 g
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.l .
- Ground fennel - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the red fish into small cubes.
Peel and chop the potatoes. Try to make the pieces the same size as the fish ones.
Wash the greens, shake them off and chop them finely.
Mix potatoes, fish and greens.
Add salt, pepper, ground fennel and mayonnaise. Gently mix the salad.
