If you prefer light and diet salads, catch a great recipe in the piggy bank! As a dressing, I use Greek yogurt – it turns out much more interesting with it. But ordinary sour cream is also well suited to fresh vegetables.
Ingredients
- Young cabbage - 1 head
- Radish - 300 g
- Cucumbers - 300 g
- Dill - 1 bundle
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Greek yogurt - 3 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Thinly chop the cabbage and mash it with your hands.
Cut cucumbers and radishes into thin strips. Add chopped dill.
Season the salad and season it with Greek yogurt.
