Salad with green peas, corn and egg is a simple dish that can be served as a snack or as an addition to meat, fish and side dish. Mayonnaise or sour cream is suitable for refueling.

- Corn (canned) – 100 g
- Green peas (canned) – 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 1,5 art.l.
- Green onion (for submission) – 2 pen
- Salt - to taste
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
First of all, put the chicken eggs to boil. After boiling the water, wait 6-7 minutes, then cool them and clean them. Open the jars with peas and corn, drain the liquid, transfer the required amount to a bowl.
Add sliced fresh cucumber, as well as diced boiled eggs.
Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise of any fat content, you can store or homemade.
Mix the salad, garnish with green onions and serve.
