Delicious, juicy and fragrant salad. I advise you to cook more at once, because they always ask for an additive. Beef can be pre-boiled, and only then fried. Cut the ingredients into pieces of approximately the same size.
Ingredients
- Beef - 300 g
- Korean carrots - 200 g
- Bell pepper (different colors) – 3 pieces
- Sesame - 2 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 4 art.l.
- Balsamic vinegar - 20 ml
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the beef, dry it and cut it into small pieces.
Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the beef and fry until tender.
Chop the roast beef and peeled bell pepper.
Mix everything, add Korean carrots, sesame seeds, salt and ground pepper.
Pour in the vinegar, soy sauce and remaining oil. Stir and put away for 6-8 hours in the refrigerator.
