- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the red cabbage and mix with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Chop cucumbers and peeled bell pepper.
Mix red cabbage, Korean carrots, bell peppers and cucumbers.
Add ground pepper salt and garlic passed through the press.
Pour in the vinegar, the remaining vegetable oil and mix.
