- Red cabbage - 400 g
- Apples - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Prunes (without a bone) – 5 pieces
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the red cabbage into thin strips. Add the olive oil and stir.
Wash the prunes with boiling water, dry and chop.
Peel the apple, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Peel and grate the carrots.
Mix cabbage, apples, carrots and prunes.
Add salt, ground pepper and mix.
