- Dijon mustard - 1 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.

Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and fry until browned. You can add your favorite spices or a little soy sauce.
Put salad, chicken and crackers on plates.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Mix all the ingredients for the dressing until smooth and serve it with the salad.
