Fresh vegetables, a handful of olives, a little feta and now, a plate of delicious Greek salad is already in front of you. It should be filled with a mixture of lemon juice, olive oil and oregano. You can also add other spices to taste.
Ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Cucumbers (medium) – 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 150 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Lettuce - 4 leaf
- Olives - 100 g
- Feta - 150 g
- Oregano - 0,5 tsp.
- Olive oil - 30 ml
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop tomatoes, cucumbers, feta, peeled bell peppers and onions.
Tear the salad into small pieces with your hands.
Mix vegetables, cheese, salad leaves, olives, salt and ground pepper in a wide bowl.
Separately mix lemon juice, olive oil and oregano.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix gently.
