- Red Fish - 300 g
- Cheese (solid) – 120 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Cucumbers (salty) – 150 g
- Mayonnaise - 3 art.l.
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (purified) – 1.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the red fish and put it in a saucepan with water.
Add salt, bay leaf and cook for 15 minutes after boiling.
Cut cucumbers, cheese, peeled eggs and cooled fish.
Mix everything, add salt, ground pepper and mayonnaise.
