Every day I try to include fresh vegetables in my diet. It's delicious, healthy and they always look very nice on the table. I'm telling you a simple recipe for a light salad with tomatoes and all kinds of herbs!
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 350 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Arugula - 10 g
- Spinach - halfpuchka
- Salad mix - 150 g
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the salad mix, arugula and spinach under running water, shake lightly and place on a paper towel to dry them.
Peel the onion and cut it into thick feathers.
Cut tomatoes into quarters, remove the green center.
In a wide salad bowl, mix the salad mix, spinach, arugula, onion and tomatoes.
Add salt, ground black pepper and olive oil. Mix gently so as not to mash the vegetables and herbs.
