This recipe seems to be created for summer cottages and summer vacations. That's why I call it that–rustic. Why Peking cabbage? Yes, because it is softer, gentler and just brings a pleasant variety.

- Peking cabbage - 1 head
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the Peking cabbage, randomly slice cucumbers with tomatoes and chop the onion.
Finely chop the greens, mix the salad and season to taste.
Season the salad with sour cream or yogurt.
