Ingredients
- Onion - 4 pieces
- Corn flour - 200 g
- Milk - 200 ml
- Breadcrumbs - 150 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the onion into rings 5-7 mm thick.
Separate about a third of the corn flour, mix with spices and roll the onion in it.
Whisk the milk, eggs and remaining corn flour.
Dip each ring in batter and then in breadcrumbs.
Deep fry onion rings in corn breadcrumbs for about 3 minutes in small portions.
